B'Rustic bread 'Scandinavian Style'

B’Rustiek is bread with a story. This traditional bread based on 'levain' is made with the flour type 'farine tradition Francaise'.

Ingredients

1B'Rustiek white bread
Little Gem lettuce
Spring onion
Cucumber
crayfish salad
Dill
Shiso
nori
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut a nice slice of B'Rustiek white (800 gram bread).
  2. Top with the little gem lettuce.
  3. Make or buy a crayfish salad.
  4. Slice the small cucumber into nice slices. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
  5. Arrange all the ingredients on the little gem.
  6. Garnish with dill, shiso, orache, nori, salt, and pepper.
