Goat cheese sandwich with caramelized pear

Multigrain roll with goat cheese.

Ingredients

Fresh goat cheese
Sandwich delight
mango chutney
goat cheese Cendre in ash
halved pears with caramel

Preparation

  1. First make black and white goat cheese slices. For this, take two vacuum bags and fill them less than halfway with fresh goat cheese and goat cheese Cendre in ash. Knead well and vacuum both bags to the edge.
  2. Now use a plastic dough scraper to spread the cheese thinly in the bag and freeze.
  3. If you find the black version not black enough, add a little squid ink.
  4. Mix Sandwich delight with fresh mango chutney (to taste) and spread this on a multigrain roll.
  5. Top with lettuce and some finely chopped caramelized pears.
  6. Break the goat cheese into pieces and place on the bread (let thaw before serving).
  7. Finish with honey and mixed nuts.
