Burrata & Kataifi

Tip: delicious in combination with a salad of tomatoes and olives.

Ingredients

100gButter
small burrata
80mlolio santissimo
kataifi dough strands
coarse pesto

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter together with the oil.
  2. Place the kataifi dough in the pan.
  3. Cut open the top of the burrata and, using a piping bag, fill it with pesto.
  4. Remove the dough strands from the butter and squeeze out the moisture.
  5. Wrap the burrata in the dough and place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Serve the dish on a bed of salad.
