Baked Camembert with blueberries and walnut

This recipe serves 4 people as a snack with drinks or as part of a cheese board. Preparation takes 5 minutes. Oven time: 15 to 20 minutes.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the camembert in the Cheese Baker and carefully make a few incisions in the top of the cheese with a knife.
  2. Strip the leaves from 2 sprigs of rosemary and thyme and sprinkle them over the camembert.
  3. Drizzle the camembert with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
  4. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  5. Put the blueberries and walnuts together in a bowl and mix in the honey.
  6. Spread this mixture over the camembert and then heat in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the leaves and needles from the remaining sprigs of thyme and rosemary over the warm blueberries before serving.
  8. Present the Cheese Baker on the stand and keep the dish warm with the tealight and lid.
  9. Serve with tasty crackers or sliced baguette.
