
Baked Camembert with blueberries and walnut

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the camembert in the Cheese Baker and carefully make a few incisions in the top of the cheese with a knife.
- Strip the leaves from 2 sprigs of rosemary and thyme and sprinkle them over the camembert.
- Drizzle the camembert with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
- Roughly chop the walnuts.
- Put the blueberries and walnuts together in a bowl and mix in the honey.
- Spread this mixture over the camembert and then heat in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the leaves and needles from the remaining sprigs of thyme and rosemary over the warm blueberries before serving.
- Present the Cheese Baker on the stand and keep the dish warm with the tealight and lid.
- Serve with tasty crackers or sliced baguette.
