Ingredients: 120 ml Whole milk; 1 units.items Espresso shot; 10 ml Don Papa Rum; chocolate coconut; puffed rice; 10 ml Monin Caribbean rum; softly whipped cream

Ingredients

120mlWhole milk

1units.itemsEspresso shot

10mlDon Papa Rum

chocolate coconut

puffed rice

10mlMonin Caribbean rum

softly whipped cream

Preparation

Put rum and syrup in a glass.
Froth the milk and pour it on top.
Add the espresso.
Spoon whipped cream on top.
Halve the coconut and place it on the rim of the glass with melted chocolate.
Garnish with the poached rice.
