150gWhole egg
Fine sugar
100gButter
chocolate callets
250gCream
300gmilk chocolate
250gMilk
80gchocolate liqueur
Preparation
1. Heat the milk with the butter until the butter is melted.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the flour using a whisk.
3. Put the batter in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment when the 'dough ball' comes away from the side. 
1. Heat the milk and cream to 60°C.
2. Add the chocolate.
3. Add the liqueur and blend everything with an immersion blender into a sauce.
Serve the donuts with the chocolate sauce and white chocolate sorbet
