Use florentine mix to keep the cone crispy.Ingredients

Chocolate mousse
florentine mix
Preparation
- Sprinkle the cones with florentine mix and place them in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes. Note: the cones will deform in the oven, so immediately reshape them when you take them out.
- Fill the cones with chocolate mousse.
- Shave curls from the choc twist with a tête de moine shaver and press them into the cones like a flower.
