Chocolate flower

Use florentine mix to keep the cone crispy.

Ingredients

choc twist white
mini cones
Chocolate mousse
florentine mix

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle the cones with florentine mix and place them in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes. Note: the cones will deform in the oven, so immediately reshape them when you take them out.
  2. Fill the cones with chocolate mousse.
  3. Shave curls from the choc twist with a tête de moine shaver and press them into the cones like a flower.
