Christmas Velvet

Aperitif based on advocaat and orange gin. A classic start to your ‘Christmas menu’.

This recipe is for approximately 6 cocktails.

With the cocktail tree, you literally serve the Christmas tree on the table. Decorate the stand with Christmas ornaments and serve, for example: the aperitif, soup, starter, or dessert in a glass. Atmosphere on the table and in the glass!

Ingredients

270mlAdvocaat
270mlorange gin
6units.itemsdried orange slices
130mlDry sherry
cocktail tree

Preparation

  1. Mix the advocaat with the gin and sherry using a hand blender.
  2. Place in the freezer so it gets very cold but remains liquid.
  3. Pour into the glasses and garnish with the dried orange slices.
