Citrus Iced Coffee

Citrus Iced Coffee by Coffee Experience. The quantities in this recipe depend on the glassware.For this preparation, the Gocce coffee glass (22 cl) was used.

Ingredients

1Espresso shot
Ice cubes
15mlSugar syrup (1:1)
1Coffee glass Gocce 22 cl
70mlPure lemon & lime syrup

Preparation

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake the lemon and lime syrup together with the sugar syrup in the ice-filled shaker.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Strain a layer of the citrus-sugar syrup over the ice.
  5. Prepare the espresso from Musetti coffee beans and carefully pour it over the ice and citrus-sugar syrup.
