Shelled pistachios
1Espresso shot
60mlLong-life whole milk
1Coffee glass Gocce 22 cl
30mlPistachio cream
10mlvanilla syrup
Preparation
- Portion the pistachio cream into the glass.
- Brew the espresso directly onto the pistachio cream.
- Mix the vanilla syrup into the milk and froth it.
- Pour the milk, as with a cappuccino, over the espresso made from Musetti coffee beans.
- Garnish with finely ground pistachios.
