Iced Coco Chai

Iced Coco Chai by Coffee Experience. The quantities in this recipe depend on the glassware.For this preparation, a Caravella glass (25 cl) was used.

Ingredients

15gSpiced chai latte
180mlLong-life whole milk
1Glass Caravella 25 cl
Ice cubes
10mlCoconut syrup

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the chai in a small amount of hot water and pour this into the glass.
  2. Then fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Put the milk, coconut syrup, and extra ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake for at least 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chai in the glass.
  6. Garnish with a pinch of chai powder or cinnamon.
