Preparation
- Peel, halve, and deseed the cucumber and cut it into fine cubes.
- Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel, halve, and deseed them, and also cut the flesh into fine cubes.
- Peel the grapefruit, cut into segments, and also cut the segments into fine cubes, collecting the juice.
