Tuna bowl

Tuna, sesame, and avocado combine excellently (think sushi), this bowl is going to become a classic.

Ingredients

100galbacore tuna
20gwakame
1Avocado
1Red chili pepper
1black sesame seeds
100gRice
1white sesame seeds
3ponzu citrus soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in the oven.
  2. Cut the tuna into cubes of 1 by 1 centimeter.
  3. Slice the red peppers into ultra-thin rings.
  4. Mix the red pepper rings and tuna cubes with the ponzu citrus soy sauce.
  5. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sesame seeds over this.
  6. Cut the avocado to the desired size and mix it together with the wakame into the tuna with the soy sauce.
  7. Cook the rice and scoop it into a bowl.
  8. Place the tuna with avocado, wakame, sesame seeds, and red peppers on top.
