3Coffee beans
10mlMonin coffee syrup
cocktail shaker
20mlSipsmith gin
Preparation
- Pre-chill a (martini) cocktail glass with (crushed) ice.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake hard for a nice foam layer for 30 seconds.
- Empty the pre-chilled glass, fine-strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
