Preparation
- Peel the parsnips (use the peels for another preparation).
- Cut into equal pieces and mix with the Debic Bakken & Braden.
- Roast the parsnip in the oven at 180°C until done.
- Finely blend the warm parsnip in a blender and add the cooking cream, instant coffee, and apple syrup.
- Plate on the dishes.
