Ingredients

1kgSpinach
300mlDebic Cooking Cream 20% Original
2Garlic cloves
100mlDebic Baking & Frying
2Shallots

Preparation

  1. Reduce the cooking cream to 100 ml.
  2. Heat the Debic Bakken & Braden and sauté the shallot and garlic in it.
  3. Add the spinach and stew until done.
  4. Put the spinach in a blender and blend finely.
  5. Add the reduced cream.
  6. Pass the cream through a fine sieve and season with salt.
  7. Plate on the dishes.
