100mlDebic Baking & Frying
2Shallots
Preparation
- Reduce the cooking cream to 100 ml.
- Heat the Debic Bakken & Braden and sauté the shallot and garlic in it.
- Add the spinach and stew until done.
- Put the spinach in a blender and blend finely.
- Add the reduced cream.
- Pass the cream through a fine sieve and season with salt.
- Plate on the dishes.
