Crispy chicken-chipotle wrap
The filling of this wrap is made from chicken kebab with, among other things, chipotle spices, bell pepper, and crème fraîche.Ingredients

200mlCrème fraîche

Preparation
- Let the chicken kebab thaw.
- Finely chop a shallot and sauté together with finely chopped pointed pepper in a pan.
- Mix this with the chicken kebab, crème fraîche, parsley, tangy chipotle, and a little mozzarella. Divide the mixture over the wraps.
- Seal the wraps with beaten egg and coat them in cornflakes.
- Top the wraps with a little mozzarella and bake in the oven at 175°C for a few minutes.
