Preparation

  1. Method 1: Wash the seeds and boil for 30 minutes in salted water. Pat dry, mix with oil and bake at 180°C in the oven until crispy (30 minutes).
  2. Method 2: Wash the seeds and dry overnight in the dehydrator. Mix with a little olive oil and bake for about 12 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
