Cod Croquettes

Spanish tapas croquettes filled with cod. Served with a salsa brava mayonnaise and charred octopus pieces.

Ingredients

Salsa Brava
Croquetas de Bacalao
Cooked octopus tentacles

Preparation

  1. Fry the croquettes.
  2. Defrost the cooked octopus tentacles, slice them, and store in garlic oil.
  3. Before serving, heat with a blowtorch.
  4. Skewer the pieces of octopus onto the croquettes.
  5. Mix some salsa brava and mayonnaise to taste for a dipping sauce.
