Preparation
- Fry the croquettes.
- Defrost the cooked octopus tentacles, slice them, and store in garlic oil.
- Before serving, heat with a blowtorch.
- Skewer the pieces of octopus onto the croquettes.
- Mix some salsa brava and mayonnaise to taste for a dipping sauce.
