Ingredients

Pepper
1Yogurt
2Migino walnut paste
300gCarrots
Salt
Fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the carrots into pieces.
  2. Cook the carrots until tender in a pan with a little water and salt.
  3. Let the cooked carrots cool.
  4. Put the carrots, Migino walnut paste, and the yogurt in a blender. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Blend everything into a nice mixture, season further if needed.
  6. Finish with a little coriander.
