Peas 'different'

This time not with bacon and savory, but with chorizo, octopus and oyster leaf.

Ingredients

pre-cooked octopus tentacles
Peas
piece of spicy chorizo sausage
oyster leaf

Preparation

  1. Blanch the peas in salted water.
  2. Finely chop the chorizo and cut the octopus into small pieces.
  3. Fry the chorizo and octopus until crispy.
  4. Drain and mix with the warm peas.
  5. Cut oyster leaf into fine julienne and mix in.
