Ingredients
40mlSelati Summer non-alcoholic spirit
20mlFresh lemon juice
5mlPomegranate syrup
1dash Bittered Sling Plum & Rootbeer bitters
grapefruit soda
1grapefruit wedge
Salt
Preparation
- Make a half salt rim on a highball glass.
- Mix all ingredients in a carafe filled with ice cubes.
- Serve in the highball glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
