Made with, among other things, a non-alcoholic spirit, pomegranate syrup, grapefruit, and a salted rim!

Ingredients

40mlSelati Summer non-alcoholic spirit
20mlFresh lemon juice
5mlPomegranate syrup
1dash Bittered Sling Plum & Rootbeer bitters
grapefruit soda
1grapefruit wedge
Salt

Preparation

  1. Make a half salt rim on a highball glass.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a carafe filled with ice cubes.
  3. Serve in the highball glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
