Ingredients: 50 ml Gin; 30 ml coffee; 20 ml Coffee liqueur; Cream; 2 Advokaat; Coffee beans

Go all out this Easter with advocaat.

Pour the jenever, coffee, and coffee liqueur into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass.
Mix some fresh cream with 1 to 2 coffee spoons of Filliers Advokaat and stir until smooth.
Use the back of a spoon to pour this on top of the cocktail, so it floats on top.
Finish with a few coffee beans.

Fresh cocktail, finished with an eggshell filled with Filliers advocaat.
