Preparation
- Using a cutter, make a two-centimeter diameter opening at the bottom of the butternut squash. Remove the pumpkin seeds through the opening.
- Season the inside with pepper, salt, and olive oil, and fill the squash with ginger and lemongrass.
- Grill the whole squash for about two hours at a moderate temperature on the barbecue.
