Preparation
- Using a hand blender, mix 1 packet of tom ka curry paste with the coconut cream.
- Strain the mixture and pour it into a siphon. Charge the siphon with 2 cartridges.
- Cook the desired prawns and add some of the dipping sauce.
- Toast the coconut chips in the oven at 180ºC and garnish the dish with them.
