Feuilles de brick - natural
Feuilles de brick - pesto
Egg white

Preparation

  1. Cut or punch out the dough into the desired shape.
  2. Brush with egg white and place the filling on top.
  3. Place the second sheet on top and press down firmly.
  4. Fry in oil or bake in an oven at 180°C.
