
Merguez sausages in brick pastry
The merguez sausages are made from poultry and are deliciously spicy.Ingredients

Chinese cabbage
Oil
Egg white
Aioli
Preparation
- Cook the sausages in a pan until done.
- Clean a Chinese cabbage, remove the veins from the leaves, and blanch the leaves in salted water. Pat dry.
- Spread a sheet of brick pastry with a little aioli, then place 1 or 2 cabbage leaves on top and 1 merguez sausage.
- Roll up tightly (brush the edges with egg white so it sticks well). Then fry in a pan with a little oil until the pastry is crispy.
- Cut to the desired size.
