Luxury slider with crispy goat cheese croquette, melted goat cheese, honey-mustard sauce, onion and orange confit, lettuce and garden cress on brioche bread.Sliders are mini burgers to share! Ingredients

Suiker lettuce
Goat cheese slices
Mini brioche hamburger buns
Garden cress
Onion and orange confit
Honey-mustard sauce
Mini goat cheese croquettes

Preparation

  1. Let the rolls thaw and then bake them for a few minutes in the oven at 200°C.
  2. Slice the bread in half and spread both halves with honey mustard sauce.
  3. Fry the croquettes and then stand them upright on a baking tray.
  4. Lightly flatten them with the back of a spoon.
  5. Place a quarter slice of goat cheese on each flattened croquette and put back in the oven at 200°C so the cheese can melt.
  6. Spoon some confit onto the bottom half of the roll.
  7. Place the flattened croquette with melted goat cheese on top.
  8. Garnish with garden cress.
