Jelly of liqueurs

This jelly is widely applicable.

Ingredients

3gGellan
150gWater
200gSugar
300gliqueur

Preparation

  1. Mix the gellan with the (cold) water, stir well.
  2. Heat the liqueur with the sugar, just until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add this to the dissolved gellan mixture, stir well again.
  4. Bring to a boil (while stirring) and then pour through a sieve and onto a tray to set.
  5. Cut to the desired size.
