
Jelly of liqueurs
This jelly is widely applicable.Ingredients
3gGellan
150gWater
200gSugar
300gliqueur
Preparation
- Mix the gellan with the (cold) water, stir well.
- Heat the liqueur with the sugar, just until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add this to the dissolved gellan mixture, stir well again.
- Bring to a boil (while stirring) and then pour through a sieve and onto a tray to set.
- Cut to the desired size.
