Marinated corn-fed chicken fillet from the barbecue

A flavorful classic in which tender, marinated corn-fed chicken breast is slowly prepared on the barbecue for a juicy and spicy result.

Ingredients

Chimichurri
Corn-fed chicken fillet

Preparation

  1. Marinate the corn-fed chicken breast in chimichurri for at least 2 hours.
  2. Cook the chicken on a preheated barbecue at around 160°C.
  3. Grill all around until nicely colored and cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
