
Gnocchi of ricotta and watercress

Preparation
- Manually mix the flour with the cheese and ricotta in a bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Work the eggs into the mixture to form a dough.
- Mix the cress into the dough.
- Shape this dough into gnocchi, using extra flour to prevent sticking.
- Cook the gnocchi in water until done.
- Sauté the gnocchi in olive oil before serving.
