Preparation
- Prepare the Go-Tan egg wok noodles according to the package instructions.
- Cook the rice according to the preparation method.
- Boil the green beans for 4 minutes and drain.
- Heat the wok well, add oil, and fry the prawns for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Cut the bell peppers into cubes.
- Clean the leek and cut it into rings.
- Add all the vegetables except the bean sprouts and stir-fry until just tender, about 2 minutes.
- Add Go-Tan asian naturals wok sauce chili garlic and bean sprouts, and stir-fry for another half minute.
- Serve the stir-fry with the rice and garnish with spring onion.
