Tasty Tosti: gorgonzola, fig and prosciutto

Combine luxurious flavors and turn a simple toastie into a surprising lunch dish!

Ingredients

gorgonzola dolce
fig confit
shelled walnuts
prosciutto crudo sliced
rosemary focaccia
Fresh figs

Preparation

  1. Spread two slices of focaccia with a thin layer of fig confit and thinly sliced fig.
  2. Crunch the walnuts and sprinkle over the bread slices.
  3. Generously cover with gorgonzola and top with prosciutto.
  4. Toast in a sandwich press.
