Hasselback potatoes

Fill with, for example, bacon or cheese!

Ingredients

12Bay leaves
4Thyme sprigs
4sprigs of rosemary
8medium-sized potatoes
Smoked paprika powder

Black pepper
Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Slice the raw potatoes using the hasselback potato cutter, but do not cut all the way through.
  2. Alternately fill the slits in the potatoes with bay leaves and sprigs of thyme and rosemary.
  3. Season with pepper, salt, and smoked paprika powder.
  4. Place the potatoes in an oven dish.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, cover the oven dish with aluminum foil, and cook in an indirect heat zone at 200°C for 40 minutes.
