
Oatmeal porridge with tahini
Recipe from Med Cuisine based on tahini. Tahini is a creamy paste made from roasted sesame seeds. Tahini is also known as tahini or sesame paste.Ingredients
3tahini
2date syrup
250mlOat milk
50gOatmeal
pistachio nuts
blueberries
Raspberries
Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Bring the oat milk and oatmeal to a boil in a saucepan. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add the tahini and date syrup and stir well together.
- Finish with a pinch of salt.
- Pour into a deep plate and finish with raspberries, blueberries, and pistachios.
