
Barbecued rhubarb glazed with honey

Ingredients
4olive ice cream
2honey of choice
2Speculaas cookies
2Rhubarb stalks
tray of honny cress
Preparation
- Peel the rhubarb and cut into 12 equal pieces of about 8 cm.
- Brush them with honey using a brush.
- Grill them on the BBQ until almost cooked.
- Place three pieces on each plate.
- Add a scoop of ice cream to each plate and crumble the speculaas over it. Finish with the honny cress.
