salsify in cheese sauce

Preparation

  1. Sear the stuffed turkey medallions all around and let rest in an oven or holding at 55°C.
  2. Heat the salsify in cheese sauce in a small pan and spoon into the center of the plate.
  3. Slice the turkey fillet and place on the salsify.
