
Small octopus skewers
We cook these small octopuses in a marinade with smoked paprika powder (pimentón) to capture that delicious Spanish sunshine in the flavor.The recipe is for 15 octopus skewers.Ingredients

Olive oil
2pimentón (smoked paprika powder)
1units.itemsclove of chopped garlic
Preparation
- Let the baby octopus thaw.
- For the marinade, mix the lime juice with olive oil, pimenton, and chopped garlic.
- Place the octopus together with the marinade in a vacuum bag.
- Vacuum seal and cook at 56°C in a water bath for 40 minutes.
- Remove the octopus from the vacuum bag, but keep the liquid.
- Reduce the liquid with a few drops of Tabasco and brush the octopus with it.
- Skewer the octopus and grill it on the barbecue.
