Delicious bite to accompany vegetarian dishes.

Ingredients

300gWater
450gTapioca flour
300gbeet (cooked & pureed)

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients and roll out thinly. Steam the mixture for 20 minutes at 100°C.
  2. Then dry at 60°C in the dehydrator.
  3. Break into pieces and fry at 180°C.
