Topped with vegan minced meat, salsa, vegan mozzarella, avocado cubes, and coriander.Loaded nachos are popular. Not surprising, as you can endlessly vary them. With vegan mince, you can easily make a vegan version.
Ingredients
Avocado cubes
salsa sauce
vegan minced meat
plain tortilla chips
Violife grated mozzarella
Preparation
- Briefly heat the vegan mince in a pan.
- Put the tortilla chips in an oven dish and spread the vegan mince over them.
- Then add the salsa sauce and Violife grated mozzarella.
- Heat in an oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with the avocado cubes and, if desired, some coriander.
