
Loaded barbecue nachos
Topped with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, cheddar, guacamole, and coriander.Loaded nachos are popular. Not surprising, as you can endlessly vary them, such as with this barbecue version.
Ingredients
barbecue tortilla chips
pulled pork
smokey barbecue sauce
Guacamole
Grated cheddar
Preparation
- Put the tortilla chips in an oven dish and spread the pre-cooked pulled pork over them.
- Then add the barbecue sauce and grated cheddar.
- Heat in an oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with the guacamole and, if desired, some coriander.
