Bread spring roll with chorizo

Spring roll made from sourdough bread.

Ingredients

sourdough bread
Chorizo
baking mat
cane sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Using a slicer, cut thin slices from sourdough bread. Spread them with cane sugar syrup and place on a baking mat.
  2. Bake until lightly browned at 150ºC for about 10 minutes. Then place a stick of sliced chorizo on top and fold the bread around it. Return to the oven for another 2 minutes and then let cool so the bread crisps up around the chorizo.
