Ingredients
2.5Noilly Prat Vermouth
75gwhite wine vinegar
3units.itemswhite peppercorns, crushed
35gfinely chopped shallot
5Cream
6gKnorr Professional Liquid Concentrate Fish
Preparation
- Bring the Noilly Prat together with the vinegar, pepper, and shallots to a boil.
- Reduce to about 1 dl.
- Bring the cream to a boil and reduce it by half.
- Strain the reduced Noilly Prat and mix it with the reduced cream.
- Season with the liquid concentrate fish.
