Ramen soup with beef and kimchee

8gSoy sauce
10Eggs

1Chili pepper
200gNoodles
1Spring onion
35glight miso
Beech mushrooms
30gKnorr Professional Liquid Concentrate Beef
200gBean sprouts
400gcooked beef
250gKimchi
10gSesame seeds
8gKnorr Professional Garlic Puree
8gPalm sugar
1Bunch of coriander
30gSaké
8gfried sambal

Preparation

  1. Heat the sesame oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and shallots in it.
  2. Add the sesame seeds, sambal, miso, and palm sugar.
  3. Add the sake, soy sauce, and Liquid Concentrate Beef and bring to a boil.
  4. Let it infuse for a while and strain the broth.
  5. Cook the noodles and eggs, peel the eggs, and halve them.
  6. Slice the spring onion and chili pepper into rings and clean the bean sprouts and mushrooms.
  7. Slice the kimchi and the cooked beef into slices.
  8. Divide the garnishes among the bowls and ladle the boiling broth over them.
  9. Finish the ramen soup with some sesame seeds and coriander.
