Preparation
- Place a tray/board on the table with a small jug containing 35 ml Licor 43 Orochata, a glass of hot water, a dish with spices (cinnamon stick, ginger, star anise), a dish with brown sugar, and a dish with Ceylon tea.
- Guests can put the black tea in the glass themselves and let it steep with the spices for about 3 minutes.
- Then pour the Licor 43 Orochata on top
