Preparation
- Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and put it in a squeeze bottle.
- Lightly brush the pappadums with some oil and briefly cook them at the highest setting in the microwave.
- Slice the tuna and lightly coat with the vinaigrette.
- Peel the avocado and slice it together with the cucumber and radish.
- Top the pappadums with the tuna, avocado, cucumber, and radish.
- Pipe the wasabi mayonnaise on and drizzle the rest of the vinaigrette.
- Garnish with cress, toasted sesame seeds, and some furikake.
