A delicious summery aperitif based on nectarine, Pinot Grigio, and ginger ale.

Preparation

Fill the glass with ice.
Pour the Pinot Grigio, nectarine, and sugar syrup into the glass.
Stir the drink and top with a little ginger ale.
Serve with peach wedges.
