A delicious summery aperitif based on nectarine, Pinot Grigio, and ginger ale.

Ingredients

Ginger ale
60mlPinot Grigio
Ice cubes
peach wedges
20mlnectarine
5mlSugar syrup (1:1)

Preparation

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Pour the Pinot Grigio, nectarine, and sugar syrup into the glass.
  3. Stir the drink and top with a little ginger ale.
  4. Serve with peach wedges.
