200gpeach marmalade
4Pidy Trendy tart bases
20mlraspberry sauce
4scoops of vanilla ice cream
4toasted almond flakes
Preparation
- Peel the peaches.
- Bring the water to a boil with the sugar and lemon juice.
- Cook the peaches for 10 minutes in the sugar water and let them cool in the liquid.
- When cooled, slice the peaches into thin slices.
- Fill the Trendys with the peach marmalade and place the slices on top.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or whipped cream).
- Add the raspberry sauce and sprinkle with the toasted almond flakes.
