Peach Melba

Peach Melba on Pidy Trendy tart bases, with peach marmalade, vanilla ice cream, raspberry sauce, and almond flakes.

Ingredients

half a lemon
2Peaches
150gSugar
400mlWater
200gpeach marmalade
4Pidy Trendy tart bases
20mlraspberry sauce
4scoops of vanilla ice cream
4toasted almond flakes

Preparation

  1. Peel the peaches.
  2. Bring the water to a boil with the sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Cook the peaches for 10 minutes in the sugar water and let them cool in the liquid.
  4. When cooled, slice the peaches into thin slices.
  5. Fill the Trendys with the peach marmalade and place the slices on top.
  6. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or whipped cream).
  7. Add the raspberry sauce and sprinkle with the toasted almond flakes.
