Pilaf of risotto and orzo with Adana kebab

We make a combination of orzo & risotto and season the pilaf with brown sugar and butter. A perfect combination with meat and Cacık!Adana kebab is a skewer of spicy seasoned minced meat. The skewer is named after the Turkish city in the south of the country. Hand-shaped and grilled over a charcoal grill. Delicious on dürüm in combination with grilled tomatoes.

Ingredients

30gBrown sugar
200grisotto
75gButter
Pepper
100gorzo
Salt

10gsumac
0.5units.itemsfinely chopped onion
durum
10gCumin
10gFresh parsley
10gPaprika powder
500glamb mince
5gGarlic powder

Preparation

  1. Cook the orzo together with the risotto for about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix with the butter and brown sugar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Chop the parsley and onions.
  2. Mix everything with the minced meat and preferably let it rest overnight.
  3. Make skewers from the minced meat and grill the meat on a barbecue at about 250°C until a core temperature of 68/70°C is reached.
  4. Place the durum on the barbecue and turn frequently.
