Chorizo croquette pincho

The chorizo croquettes are perfect for a quickly prepared pincho.The combination of the crispy toasted bread and the warm croqueta with a typical Spanish flavor makes you feel as if you are in Spain for a moment. Quantities depend on the number of guests.

Ingredients

Spanish croquettes with chorizo
mayonnaise with rosemary
Olive oil
Chorizo slices
Garden cress

Preparation

  1. Heat the fryer to 180°C and fry the frozen croquetas de chorizo for 3 to 3.5 minutes until done.
  2. Toast the slices of baguette with a little olive oil in the oven or on the grill.
  3. Spread a thin layer of rosemary mayonnaise on the baguette.
  4. Place the slice of chorizo on top.
  5. Skewer the croqueta de chorizo on top of the baguette.
  6. Garnish with garden cress if desired.
